The ORNL Gateway endpoints should reflect:

esg2-gw.ccs.ornl.gov

(rather than esg.ccs.ornl.gov)

The SSL certificate is issued to esg2-gw.ccs.ornl.gov.

This update should be propagated to all existing federation gateways.

Specifically the following ORNL metadata.gateway record fields should be updated:

base_url
base_secure_url
attributes_service_url
oai_repository_url
idp_endpoint
