Several Bestman/SRM related configuration properties should be removed and the overall configuration simplified. SRMAccessType should be a constant "SRM" and is no longer required in the config. Disabling the SRM related monitoring should be simplified to perhaps a boolean TRUE of FALSE, rather than referencing a "NoOP" trigger class if possible.
