Acceptance Criteria:

Deploy all three production instances in docker containers on the new docker prod machine.
Request DNS
Setup appropriate docker memory, data storage and local file system.
Create docker compose files, store on GitHub.
Create instance home directories, etc.
Configure Nginx to proxy to instances.
Confirm files are read/write to Stratus and DASH disk.
Confirm logs are stored appropriately.
Confirm metrics logs are stored and processed. Will not do because of race conditions on the metrics directories.

Note: We'll run both dashrepo and gdex applications separately.
