When you create a new account in CADIS, there are several places the OpenID is referenced:
1) the confirmation page
2) the confirmation e-mail
3) the login page contained in the confirmation e-mail

This will cause problems if someone tries to login with their OpenID as the header is not equipped to deal with OpenID.
