Refine Search does not re-select geographic region in IE

      When refining a search that has a geographic selection, the Jazz UI widget does not re-initialize the selected region. Subsequent selections are also in a different "bounding rectangle" mode and not in the correct "pie wedge" mode. Identified with IE 8.0.6001.
