Based on Rachana's feedback:

* Top page on DML has a text readme. Definitely needs to be reviewed, atleast formatted for better presentation
* Can we get ESG federation trusted certificate for this? and tell the user that they have to accept it? Something to tell them what to expect when the application is launched.
* The login dialog box tells me nothing of what to use. Say ESG credentials used during registration? Something to let the user know what he needs to provide there.
* Should we think about any cleanup? Potentially these DML config files can just sit around then.
