Remove shared facets from query services configuration, i.e. facets like PhysicalDomain that are defined for Resource, a superclass of Dataset and ModelComponent. Shared facets will not work in the absence of inferencer. Instead, replace with two separate facets defined for Dataset and ModelComponent separately.
