We seem to have stumbled across a bug in the gateway software installed here
at ORNL:

One of the projects on our gateway is named C-LAMP. If any user tries to
become a member, a messagd saying "Error: evaluationException on
C-LAMP_Statement_of_Work" is displayed when they click the Subscribe button.
There's a few other projects on this gateway, and we haven't seen this
problem with them. Since this is the only project with any punctuation in
its name, we suspect the - in C-LAMP is causing the problems. There's
nothing in the error logs that we can find, though; just the error message
on the screen. Can anyone offer any insight about this?
