As CMIP5 DRS catalogs are parsed, we need to generate Simulation objects that are associated with the datasets, and with an identifier that matches the RDF identifier of the Simlation object originating from the Metafor questionairre and ingested by other means in the triple store.

We already do so when parsing CCSM catalogs, but we need to do it for all DRS catalogs. An example of the correct configuration is contained in the file static-test-data-cmip5.sql
