Trigger automatic RDF harvesting after publishing operation

      Since the search is now featured prominently on the NCAR & PCMDI home pages, should a database publishing operation trigger an immediate RDF harvesting, so that feedback to the user can be provided immediately ? Should we consider augmenting the API with harvesting only that specific dataset, so to speed things up ?
