Need view needed of logical file details. This will be linked from the file list view from a dataset.

* File details: name, size, data format, timestamps etc
* List variables contained in the file if available.
* Annotations, list and ability to add new ones.
* List all access points, maybe a debug level as well
* List notes
* Potentially metrics details?
* Make notes and place holders for version tracking?
