Home Page improvements:

1) Change "Submit" button text to "Search"
2) Change search box directions text:
  Remove sentences 1, 3
  Simplify to:

"To conduct a search, select a category from the pull down menu and/or enter free text into the the text box."

3) Improve vertical spacing in the "Global Climate Models" content area (i.e. make consistent within the page.)
