Improve Login page copy

      The Login page title shows "Login/Logout" which is confusing. The form submit button is also labeled "GO". This should be improved to:

      1) Change page title to "Login"
      2) Change submit button text to "Login"
      3) Update links below login box to:

      Create new account
      Forgot your username?
      Forgot your password?
