We have two files at the moment:
cmip5_data.rdf which luca created by harvesting an old version of Karl's document. this is currently being used on the dataside of the ESG portal.
This file was not editable in protege though so Sylvia could not add the experimental requirements coming out of Metafor so she created a new owl version.
These file need to be combined and how we are going to get all the information into the system. There are several options:
1) Julien write a software program to harvest metafor experimental requirements document. This is separate from the questionnaire XMLs
2) Sylvia manually create
3) Someone in ESG modify luca's original program to harvest Karl's new document and add the requirement info from metafor
