End-user "how-to" instructions are necessary on the page for:

1) myproxy logon use
2) wget script use
3) dml use

Several issues have been raised about the use of MyProxyLogon:

a) WebStart script may not launch properly from a browser, in particular on Ubuntu and other *nix systems.
b) MyProxyLogon may be unable to store files (truststore, etc) on the local file system.
c) User may not have correct version of Java installed.
