Both the TripleStoreLanguageDriver and SeRQLDriver have misleading class names.
A driver implies that the class should be "driving" an external service like a database. However the SeRQLDriver (which implements the TripleStoreLanguageDriver interface) are more like a query statement generation class then a driver and should be named as such.
