The "Authorization Failed" web page generates an internal server error when logged in via non-local OpenID. In this case, I logged into the PCMDI with my esg.prototype.ucar.edu staging OpenID. This worked well, then I began browsing the PCMDI gateway. Once I clicked on a dataset view "download files for this collection" I received a strange "Authorization Failed" page with embedded "Internal Server Error" noted (see attachment.)
