Reintegrate SAML attribute service code back into the Gateway. Bugs fixes need to be applied and there is currently no build distribution mechanisms in place to support this. Reintegrating with the gateway code is most expedient way to accomplish this. If a clear need to have it as a separate module is identified we can extract the code and at that time correctly setup build and distribution tools.
