The model found in Thredds catalogs (and specified as a property with name="model") may not be harvested into a formal model object and corresponding RDF model triple. The result is a model found in the Thredds catalog may not be exposed as a search category.

Currently models must be pre-configured as "static" data for the harvesting process to accept them. In particular, only specific CMIP and IPCC based models are processed. This area should be reviewed as to general model support.
