A condition may occur in the gateway where a user logs come from an external site. In this case the user record has no password value in the database.

This has a several side effects:

1) In this condition MyProxy will prompt the user for their password, however any password will work.
2) It also means that MyProxy will issue certificates for users that don't have an account at that particular gateway. Not sure if this if desired behavior.
