      Maurizio has prototyped a more flexible CIM parser using xquery to construct triples from harvested CIM records. This approach would allow the gateway to adapt to changes in the CIM schema more rapidly.

      Develop the prototype into a form suitable for inclusion in the 1.3.0/2.0 release. Details will be described in sub-tasks.
