Mixed Secure and Insecure Items during HTTPS request

      Using IE 7.0 I logged into the application and was redirected to the main page located at:

      https://esg.prototype.ucar.edu/

      IE displayed an "Security Information" dialog box stating:

      "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.

      Do you want to display the nonsecure items?"

      It seems as though there is a link in our css pages that points to:

      http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/build/assets/skins/sam/sprite.png

      The IE "Privacy Report" icon also gets displayed in the status bar.

          There are no Sub-Tasks for this issue.
