XML Harvest: Use Rupert's new mapping files in the XML upload (estimated 1 hour)

      On 1/9/11 Rupert sent us a set of new mapping files. We need to try and harvest the latest XML sample with the old files, see how many scientific properties are missing, and the new files to see if there is an improvement. If there is an improvement, then these files will become the CV baseline.
