An Internal Server Error is generated when entering a bad password for logging in with an openid, and then trying to log in with the correct password from the same page.
If you hit the Login tab, after entering a bad password then logging in with the correct password works.

In other words it appears you need to hit the Login in tab in order for that page to reset itself properly.
