Users Able to Login via OpenID with an Unconfirmed Account

      If a user skips the confirmation process by not clicking the link they receive in their confirmation email they are still able to login via openid.

      This issue is related to the problems seen with being logged in as a user (seeing the username in the footer), but not being able to logout and the exceptions that occur when the same type of user goes to their account page.
