Account Summary page generates HTTP 404 error

      Clicking on the "Account Summary" page within the "Account" tab generates a 404 / not found error.

      Steps to repro:

      1) login
      2) click the Account tab
      3) click "Account Summary" link

      A 404 error is produced.
