When retrieving multiple files from tape backup (SRM) on the Transfer Request Details page there is a button that says "Download All Files" which when clicked responds that no files have been selected. Yet no apparent mechanism for selecting files exists on the page. No checkboxes exist though in the page source there is markup for checkboxes with a style that "display: none." The rows are themselves not selectable in the same fashion as the rows on the group membership page. If this is the intent, perhaps the files on the page are not being delivered when the page is posted? Using Firefox 3.6.8.
