If a user goes to the /account/user/index.htm they will be shown a broken lock (invalid ssl connection) in firefox.

I believe the issue is caused by the callin the accordion.css file to http://yui.yahooapis.com/2.3.1/build/assets/skins/sam/sprite.png.

This error/problem should occur anywhere accordion.css is referenced from a secured page.
