Based on feedback from EOL review of CADIS 1.3 RC1 several MDE messages need spelling correction. Original request follows:

Please check all the spelling in the error messages. There's a typo in at least two of the
messages, "Error: The Maximum Latitude cannot be less than -90 degress or greater
than 90 degrees.". See also, "Error: The Minimum Longitude cannot be less than -180
degrees or greater than 180 degress".
