1) Create a a datatype property hasInputBindingDescription and assign it to the Input Condition object
2) Add hasInputBindingDescription to the inputs tree right under the hasInputTargetComponent
3) Take the content of the first description tag under inputs in the XML (we are using this piece of info and setting it to the rdfs: comment of the input condition object) and instead assign it to hasInputBindingDescription (the new attribute created in step 1).
