1) Create a hasInputComponentProperty datatype property and assign to the Input Condition object
2) Add the hasInputComponentProperty to the inputs tree right under hasInputSourceComponent
3) In the inputs section of the CIM XML, look for the ComponentProperty type. IF IT EXISTS, take the value in the <name> tag and assign it to the hasInputComponentProperty attribute
