Account Summary page broken when logged in with a CEDA OpenID

      On my Gateway 1.3.0 test system I login with my CEDA OpenID. Select Account tab. Select "Account Summary" => internal server error.

      Probably todo with OpenID attribute exchange with CEDA's OpenID provider.

      Stack trace will be attached.
