On Gateway 1.3.0 if I login with a non-local OpenID (CEDA OpenID tested) I am given the option to change my email/password in the Account Tab. Naturally this doesn't work -- entering a new password triggers an internal server error.
I'm fairly sure this wasn't possible in 1.2.
