Attempting to download some CMIP5 data I get presented with a
    web page that declares that I do not have "enough privileges
    to access the requested resource", the URL of which is/was:

    CMIP5 Commercial Users of CMIP5 data possibly for commercial purposes

I selected the CMIP5 Research group, but was advised that I am already a member
    of that group (as I thought I was), but I am prevented from downloading
    the data I have selected.

Please can you advise me as to what I need to do here?
