Simulation indexing does not reindex simulations from the database.

      Simulation indexing queries the triplestore for simulation instances, but does not query the database. If a simulation only exists in the database not in an OWL file and is added to the triplestore through RDF harvesting, it will be deleted during reindexing and not added back. All the PCM simulations are in this situation.
