Datasets retracted via the publisher client still appear in search results.

The dataset state appears to be set properly and is shown in the UI as "Retracted" after publisher client retract.

After a re-index the search results (ie. index) returns the expected result (ie. the retracted datasets are have been removed.)

Retracting a dataset via the Gateway Admin UI yields the expected, immediate search results.
