As a CMIP5 user I want to select up to 2000 datasets and generate a WGet script so I can download all files from them.

Large WGet script improvements.

Issues Noted:

Slow download page (many attrib. svc. calls)
Crashed download page.
Slow script generation.
Hung socket connections on remote server noted (for attrib. svc. calls.)
