When clicking on the "My Workspace" or "About ESG" tabs their repective subtabs appear prior to the page refreshing. For me at least it causes a little difficult to follow what is happening. "Did the page change tabs without refreshing? Oh, wait, no..."

The same thing is occuring with the selected state of the Main tabs. The main tab gets selected making it look like the page has changed, but it really hasn't. It might be better to only show the selected tab until the page refresh happens.
