      Add contacts to existing project: (PI, CO-PI, data center contact) as part of project entry workflow.

      Choose from list of existing contacts or create a new contact.
      Choose contact type (PI, CO-PI, etc.)
      Choose award number.

      Use term "award" within the UI.
      Use "radio button" for contact selection (ie. one-at-a-time model.)
