      ACADIS Browse cleanup:

      Remove initial "unselected" page copy (see attached screen shot)

      Show full list of datasets from click on "Browse Data by Discipline" tab link.
      Show full list of projects from click on "Browse Projects by PI" tab link.


      Expectations:

      No "CADIS" or "AON" content appears as result of "Browse Data by Discipline", "Browse Projects by PI".
      Title of page is appropriate for no-selected "category" such as "Atmosphere" or PI name.
      Projects and datasets should be ordered alphabetically.
