We have inconsistent behavior on our use of colons ":" throughout the application.

The adding an annotation or editing an annotation form has space between the text and it's colon:
Title :

The Add License form has the colon right be hind the text:
Name:

While the Register User Form doesn't even use colons:
First Name


Having visual controls or components would allow us to keep our formatting and punctuation for forms completely consistent.
