Temporal selections
Clean up Facet look and feel
Expectations:
User can Constrain geographic extent via Jazz widget.
User can remove geographic constraint.
User can constrain by temporal (start/end) range.
User can remove temporal constraint.
User can add and remove other facet constraints.
Test: Geographic extent across meridian (+/-180 deg) and prime meridian (0 deg).
