Clicking on a newly created project search results link generates a "Project Not Found" error page:

The Project with the identifier 'New Project One' could not be found.

An example new project is:

The search results from free test search of "New Project" includes the "New Project One" with link as:

http://cadis.prototype.ucar.edu/project/New%20Project%20One.html

Clicking on this link yields "Project Not Found".
