In several places ("Nested Collections" for one example) we end up having a Scroll Bar inside of a Scroll Bar on the User Interface. So what happens is one of the YUI Gray Boxes has a max height set on it. When that max height is reached then a scroll bar appears. The scroll bar for the YUI Gray Boxes is quite long and in may cases will fill the browser screen. But then on the browser itself their will be a scroll bar. Trying to navigate both scroll bars at once is quite difficult.

We also might end up accidentally "hiding" data from some on that is trying to quickly scroll through the page.
