Problem: When meeting with nsidc, there was confusion/concern around the new project/dataset hierarchy component.

Overall the concern is around the ordering of text on the page. Currently, we have something like the following:

Dataset <The pages title as an h1>

<Project name> <as an h3 I believe>
\
<Parent Dataset name as needed>
\
<Dataset name> <as an h1 I believe>


The concern is that dataset is closer to the project name, then the actual dataset name itself and there is concern that the parent project is not clearly shown as a project.
