The ingestor needs to be augmented so the when LogicalFile(s) are added the version of the associated dataset is incremented. For optimization reasons the bi-directional association is not maintained, for proper cache updates we must manually force the version update. If possible it would be best to trigger this at the end of the transaction.

The impacts of this could include missed RDF synchronization operations (datasets that should be harvested may not be) , stale cache results etc.
