Looking at several datasets in ACADIS, both harvested and submitted, we have noticed that lats and lons are reversed, e.g. the north lat is displayed as the south lat, the south the north; the west long is displayed as the east long, and the east the west.
Looks to be quite extensive, but here are two examples:
