If HTML markup is present in the description of a dataset, it is possible to cause the detail page of that dataset's project to render improperly : the Contribute [metadata] tab content is rendered with the Metadata tab content.
 
This is visible when logged in as a ROOT administrator.

The project page clips its datasets' descriptions to 500 characters. If in doing so the closing tag of certain HTML tags is left off, such as div, the render will fail. Also, if the clipping happens in the middle of a closing tag, the render can fail as well.
