We have gotten several stack overflow exceptions on the downloadLogicalFiles.htm page. I personally have not been able to reproduce the problem. This originally occurred when selecting over 15K files for a download and We're now limiting the number of files for download to 9999 as a workaround. Recent Hibernate library updates may have fixed the underlying issue.

Acceptance Criteria:

Test file selection of 20K+
If Hibernate fails, identify reasonable limit and set in tomcat.

Document change somewhere in the wiki or github or somewhere...

Note: we have several datasets with over 30K files.
