Dataset Dashboard Metrics No Longer Calculated Correctly

      The queries for the Dataset Metrics Dashboard are all based off the fact that Datasets use to be associated to a Project.

      Since this is no longer the case all the queries have to be fixed prior to re-inserting the Dataset Dashboard back into the Dataset View JSP.
